Holiday Plaza Cebu is located in the center of the city, right by Fuente Osmena Circle, making it a great choice for those wanting to explore. The hotel offers good value for money, with prices that won't break the bank. The staff at this hotel are friendly, helpful, and provide excellent service. Despite the rooms being older, they are always kept very clean, ensuring a comfortable stay. Additionally, having breakfast included in the price is a nice bonus, allowing guests to start their day off right.
Although some areas could be improved, overall, this hotel provides a satisfactory experience.
